IHP wide experience and resources fully dedicated to hotel & resorts construction and design in diverse typologies and sizes has been the key factor to result winner in this competition.
IHP will provide Architecture, Engineering and Interior Design technical services as well as the Project Management of the development to achieve a complete hotelier and retail project throughout all the process until full completion of the works, legalization and opening.
IHP will build up a highly singular project that compiles the architectural Lanzarote tradition, with an investment of 92 M€ in 3 years to fulfil 100.000 sqm of construction that will accommodate a 720 rooms-Resort and an open shopping mall. The hotel will dispose 13 different F&B spots, a 2.000sqm convention center, a 2.000sqm entertainment theatre, disco, SPA and nearly 10.000 sqm of water sheets distributed in diverse pool areas (among them the largest in Lanzarote). Additionally, the Resort will include a Premium area of 130 rooms with top range services.
IHP is also present in many relevant Projects, nationally and worldwide, in all its specialized hospitality services areas, so much in Project and Construction Management as in Advisory, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and Facility Management.
